Snowed In!

Happy Holidays, Everyone! Here in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, we got about 18" of snow. Fortunately we are well supplied (thanks to Mr. Spikey running out to the market when we got back to town Friday night), have power, and heat, and many other things for which we are most appreciative.

Hope everyone is safe and warm, and can have a relaxing Sunday before this busy holiday week.

Please help me welcome joie919, our newest member, who will be jumping in on Earth and Sky.

Two new blankets were started by angie19130, Nightingale's Song and Candyland. Both still have open spots for knitters. I also started two new blankets on my trip, and will name them and open them up to volunteers soon.

Thanks to everyone for all of your time, materials, and effort this past year! The CHOP SDU is so grateful for our blankets. I wish all of you the best for a very happy, healthy, knitting-and-crocheting-filled 2010.
