In Like a Lion

Hi Northeasters!

Sorry to be so delayed in posting. After an extended business trip, I've now got a nasty cold. As long as I can type and cough at the same time, I can get the blogs updated, at least!

Some amazing progress has been made on our preemie blankets, with many older blankets finished, and many new ones started. Our first big delivery will be scheduled soon!

A new blanket has been started - Little Boy Blue - let me know if you want to help out with it.

We got a little snow overnight, but are scheduled for "8 to 14 inches" tonight - a real Nor'easter!

Groundhog Day Update

Happy Groundhog Day to all!

Blanket progress and pictures have been updated in the 1/18 post.

Thanks to all of you we'll have at least eleven blankets to deliver very soon!

Quickie Update

This project has grown so fantastically, that it has become too time consuming for me to manage alone.

The fabulous gmmarton will now be coordinating the worsted weight blankets for our project.

I will continue to coordinate the preemie blankets, and keep our blogs up to date as best I can.

Sunday is for catching up

Hi Northeasters!

It is definitely my day to catch up on our blogs and make a dent in the ever-enlarging pile of UFOs in my knitting room. Too cold to go out!

We continue to make terrific progress with all of our blankets and have three new knitters in our group: kidpal51 (from KH), and katxena and sandycloset (from Ravelry). Welcome!
